Rules for Photo Contest Entry     Eligibility   This photo contest is open to anyone who wishes to enter.  All photographs must be taken in Indian Hills depicting nature, be it scenes, scenes with animals or background architecture.  Priority being given to seasonal nature photographs.  Each person can enter up to 2 photographs.    Deadlines   Entry                                                     May 1, 2010 Viewing at Base Camp                           May  2, 2010 Peoples Choice Voting                          June 1, 2010 Winners Posted                                         Mid June Calendars Available at        Base Camp Café                            July 4, 2010   What you need   1.  Your photographs with identification on each. Landcape only.  2.  Registration completely filled out and signed. 3.  An envelope large enough to hold your photographs      with your name and phone number clearly      written on the front.   Instructions   1.  Photographs submitted must be 8 x10 prints.  This      makes judging easy and equitable.      (only digital photographs 5 megapixel or greater.       Minimum file size 200dpi, maximum file size 300dpi)      Due to printing limitations, we are requiring all winning entries      to be available in a digital format.  Landscape orientation      is required. 2.  Each photograph must be identified with name and      phone number. Either written on the back of the photo      or with a label affixed securely to the back of the photo. 3.  Fill out Entry Form and sign.  Remember, only 2 entries      per person allowed. 4.  Print your name and phone number clearly on the front       of the envelope. 5.  Place photos and registration in envelope.  Drop off at      Base Camp in Indian Hills.        A panel of judges will determine the winners.  Their decision is final.  Winners will be notified by e-mail with instructions for sending their digital image, and will receive a free calendar after printing.   New this year will be a People' Choice selection for the Calendar Cover.  All will have a chance to vote for their favorite photograph.   All photographs not chosen for the calendar can be picked up at Base Camp after June 22, 2010.  Entries will be disposed of if not claimed by July 4, 2010.    Sponsored by Indian Hills Improvement Association
